This role sits within our highly successful London Capital Markets. Our Capital Markets team has the expertise and connections to achieve the best terms for clients looking to invest in London. Working with both national and global investors, our highly experienced team of 16, evaluates and selects assets that best complement our clients’ individual portfolio, property performance, income goals, and risk profile.
We recognise that acquisition is only the beginning of the process of maximising investment returns. We also provide consultancy on how refurbishment, development or asset management initiatives can realise greater returns.

Job Description

  • Create a research led Business Development Strategy: That proactively sets, develops, implements, and, manages a comprehensive and deliverable strategy for business development for the London Markets Team that aligns with Colliers’ overall goals and objectives.
  • Creation and management of the London development pipeline allowing for the uncovering of several opportunities for the whole team, including early identification of leasing and sales / acquisition targets, lease advisory services and awareness of occupiers that are likely to relocate.
  • To be ultimately responsible for the generation of new corporate clients for the business, winning high value clients by identifying opportunities and specific targets. To proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the London Market, leveraging both internal networks and external channels.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams, including, to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive synergies to maximise business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experienced professional and data analyst with a strong and proven background within the Commercial Real Estate industry who excels in strategic proposal management and has a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to identify opportunities utilising research data, market information, and personal contacts developed throughout their career to date.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue projections, providing regular updates to senior management.
