DIMENSIONS OF ROLE
Normal working hours will be 09.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday (inclusive), including one-hour unpaid lunch on each day worked; making a total of 35 working hours per week.
KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE
The London Spirit Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, audience growth and fan engagement for the franchise. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong skillset across the full marketing mix, from paid media and CRM to content, digital, social and in-ground activations. Acting as the central project lead, the Marketing Manager will manage timelines, budgets and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and to maximum commercial effect. Working closely with colleagues across MCC, The Hundred and external partners, the role will balance creativity with planning, ensuring London Spirit’s marketing activity is both innovative and operationally excellent.
