WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Demonstrate leadership ability, a high level of energy, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written as well as presentation skills required.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to handle change & possess strong stress management skills
  • A Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) certified or in process, or a related field is preferred.
  • MS Office, MS Project, Visio, PowerBI, Sharepoint.
  • Proficient in maintenance planning CMMS (JDE/SAP) and familiar with mobile equipment maintenance practices.
  • Previous experience in maintenance long-term or short-term planning for mobile equipment, ideally in a mining environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Embracing a mindset of ongoing learning and development, seeking ways to enhance maintenance processes, efficiency, and safety
  • Prioritizing the needs of internal or external customers to ensure that maintenance activities align with producing a reliable service or product.
  • Understanding the challenges faced by team members and providing help and encouragement, which builds morale and trust.
  • Encouraging open communication and teamwork among maintenance staff, operators, and other departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
