SUMMARY: The Substitute role is covering a full-time, Monday-Friday assignment starting in January. To learn more about Metro Charter Academy click here. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to execute a lesson plan that is assigned by the teacher. Provide clear instruction and assist scholars in understanding a subject matter while maintaining discipline and control of the classroom. Demonstrate moral focus and personal values to all stakeholders. Self-starter with effective classroom management skills, strong leadership, and a passion for educating students. Responsibilities
The substitute teacher is responsible for executing assigned lesson plans, providing clear instruction to scholars, and assisting them in understanding subject matter. This role also requires maintaining discipline and control within the classroom environment.
