JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to provide support service to the seven (7) Long Term Care (LTC) Homes by ensuring the homes master schedules are created and maintained and up to date through organizing, coordinating and maintenance by working within operational requirements and the collective agreement. Responsible to ensure time and attendance reporting is complete and accurate for LTC staff and submitted to Payroll for processing. The Long Term Care Scheduling Clerk must ensure operational needs are met according to established guidelines within the scheduling process and is accountable for resolving scheduling issues in a proactive and professional manner.
