QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Mechanical or electrical trade or an appropriate tertiary qualification
• Solid experience in Mining/Heavy Industrial maintenance planning environment
• Advanced SAP experience with proficiency in setting up and managing SAP master data structures and maintenance strategies
• A sound understanding of financial processes in relation to maintenance activities such as labour and materials costing and forecasting
• Knowledge of NPI and Water Management related assets, their failure modes, and maintenance strategies
• Experience with reliability techniques such as Failure Modes, Effects and Critical Analysis (FMECA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

• Participate in maintenance strategy reviews and provide support to the reliability engineering team with improvements
• Support development and update of annual Opex and Capex budgets
• Report impacts on budget and resourcing levels resulting from new/modified maintenance strategies
• Generate forecast reports and conduct forecast lookahead meetings with operational teams
• Analyse work management data to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage all SAP master data notifications and change requests related to Work Management planning, scheduling and execution
• Support with spares forecasting strategy / component forecasting
• Support generation of parts cataloguing and inventory additions to enable maintenance strategies
