We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, with the ability to analyze project specifications and pricing effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate estimates that align with project goals and budgets, contributing to the overall success of our construction projects.

• Proficiency in construction estimating software including Bluebeam and HeavyBid.

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Utilize estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to create detailed estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are considered in the estimate.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing.
• Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on estimates for management review.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing changes, and new materials or methods that could affect project costs.
