Job Title: Mathematics Facilitator (IBDP) Location: Zambia Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years of IBDP teaching experience Start Date: August 15 Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Mathematics Facilitator to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the IBDP curriculum and a commitment to delivering high-quality education while supporting student growth and achievement. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons as per the IBDP curriculum Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with IB standards Support students’ academic progress and provide timely feedback Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs Compensation & Benefits: Monthly Salary: $2500 Salary paid for 10.5 months (Mid-August to June; July unpaid) Food and accommodation will be provided. Health insurance coverage Round-trip flight ticket to home country (for employee and family) in July 50% discount on school term fees for children Contract Duration: 2-year contract Preference will be given to African nationals. Responsibilities
