POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving a vibrant and diverse Los Angeles community • Join a mission-driven organization focused on accessible, relationship-based primary care • Practice in a structured clinic environment with strong operational and clinical support • Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while maintaining true work-life balance WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Earning potential exceeding $260,000 annually • Monday through Friday schedule with zero nights or weekend call • NHSC-approved site with federal and state loan repayment eligibility • Strong organizational stability with growth opportunities available • Comprehensive malpractice coverage including nose and tail coverage • Mission-focused patient population with meaningful community impact • Southern California location minutes from Downtown Los Angeles SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Monday through Friday outpatient schedule • No nights • No weekends • No call responsibilities • Approximately 20–24 patients daily • Outpatient-only primary care setting CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan • Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and acute visits • Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment • Coordinate care plans, education, referrals, and follow-up services • Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Hourly compensation: $120–$125/hour based on experience • Federal and state loan repayment eligibility • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Malpractice coverage including nose and tail coverage • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time • CME paid time off and stipend • 403(b) retirement plan • Long-term growth and advancement opportunities Requirements • MD or DO REQUIRED • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED • Active California medical license REQUIRED • Active DEA registration REQUIRED • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to primary care REQUIRED • Outpatient Family Medicine experience preferred • New graduates and experienced physicians welcome Not ready to formally apply?
