POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient-only Family Medicine opportunity serving a diverse Los Angeles patient population • Practice relationship-driven primary care with strong clinical support and manageable daily volume • Join a mission-focused organization dedicated to expanding healthcare access across underserved communities • Structured weekday schedule designed to support physician quality of life and long-term stability WHY PHYSICIANS ARE INTERESTED IN THIS OPPORTUNITY • Earning potential up to approximately $312,000 annually • Monday–Friday schedule only • No nights, weekends, or hospital call responsibilities • NHSC-approved site with federal and state loan repayment eligibility • Outpatient-only practice environment • Strong work-life balance in one of the most desirable metro markets in the country • Mission-driven organization with long-term growth potential SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Monday through Friday clinic schedule • No night or weekend call • Average daily patient volume of 20–24 patients • Outpatient primary care only • Team-supported clinic environment CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care across the lifespan • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions • Deliver preventative care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management • Maintain accurate documentation and quality metrics compliance • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary support teams to improve patient outcomes COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Compensation equivalent to approximately $120–$125/hour • Potential annual earnings exceeding $300K depending on schedule and productivity • Federal and state student loan repayment eligibility • Medical malpractice coverage including nose and tail coverage • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • PTO, vacation, sick time, and paid holidays • CME allowance plus paid CME time • 403(b) retirement plan • Growth and advancement opportunities within the organization Requirements • MD or DO REQUIRED • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED • Active California medical license REQUIRED • Active DEA registration REQUIRED • Compassionate, patient-centered primary care approach REQUIRED • New graduates welcome to apply Not ready to formally apply?
