This is a hands-on role where you'll learn everything needed to become a confident and capable digital loss adjuster. About the Role As a Digital Adjuster, you'll be part of a collaborative team using innovative technology to assess and manage property claims. You’ll be trained to: Perform digital adjusting using field and digital tools Investigate the cause and extent of loss and determine policy coverage Communicate proactively with clients and customers about findings and solutions Calculate repair or replacement costs and review scopes of work Deliver an exceptional claims experience through teamwork and customer focus About You We’re looking for someone who’s ready to learn and grow: Experience in a corporate support role (insurance experience a plus) Passionate about customer service and helping others Quick learner with an interest in technology Committed to completing a professional industry qualification (e.g. ANZIIF) A team player who can also work independently Caring Culture It’s at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
