About the role:

• We are looking for an experienced Field Adjuster to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled claims professional with experience in buildings and contents insurance claims to play a key role in delivering fair, accurate, and customer-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate quantum packs and commercial documentation for defect-remediation claims.
• Gather, analyse and present cost information to support recovery activity.
• Draft correspondence and maintain accurate reporting across the claims portfolio.
• Work closely with technical, finance, commercial and legal stakeholders.
• Support negotiations, mediation and litigation-related activity.
• Coordinate information and evidence from multiple internal teams and external parties.
• Assist with the management of a pipeline of building-safety and structural-defect claims.
• Take ownership of workstreams while ensuring established claims processes and systems are followed.
