The main responsibilities of this role are to coordinate and oversee the company’s road and asset safety strategies, ensuring the prevention, response, and resolution of on-road incidents. The position will be responsible for managing accidents, conducting internal and external investigations, and providing ongoing training to operational and administrative staff on safety-related topics. Responsibilities: Coordinate and follow up on road incidents and accidents, ensuring immediate response for the units involved. Collaborate with the monitoring team to implement preventive and corrective safety measures along transportation routes. Manage and follow up on claims, maintaining communication and negotiations with insurance companies and relevant authorities. Develop and implement training programs focused on road safety, risk prevention, and critical incident management. Conduct investigations in cases of accidents, theft, or events with criminal implications, preparing detailed reports and proposing improvement actions. Analyze incident and claim data to identify risk patterns and establish action plans. Coordinate the implementation of safety policies and procedures aligned with local and international regulations. Promote a culture of safety among drivers, monitoring staff, and other related departments. Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Criminology, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in road safety, transportation claims, and monitoring team coordination. Proven experience managing and negotiating with authorities, insurance companies, and clients. Intermediate to advanced English level. Availability to work both in field and office settings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
