As our Loss Prevention Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving strategies that minimise loss, strengthen compliance, and enable our teams to perform at their best. This is an opportunity to influence business-wide initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and make a meaningful impact across our retail network. The Role You Could Play: As the Loss Prevention Lead, you will play a pivotal role in protecting and strengthening MECCA’s business. You will turn insight into action, leading the charge to reduce loss, elevate standards, and build a culture of accountability and awareness across the organisation.
