HELP US TO SHINE! * You develop guidelines and processes to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees, working closely with hotel management * Regular safety inspections throughout the entire building are part of your daily routine; you document safety-relevant findings and ensure follow-up and implementation * You act as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters * You coordinate and communicate with our external security service provider * You enjoy delivering training sessions and regularly conduct safety and security trainings for employees * You possess excellent expertise in safety and fire protection * You update crisis manuals, MOD handbooks and other safety-related documentation and train the management team accordingly * You conduct regular bag checks in back-of-house areas * You prepare analyses and reports related to safety and security * You provide onboarding and safety briefings for new employees, trainees and interns * You are well-versed in the operational and legal handling of CCTV systems * You support the Director of Rooms in all projects and tasks and are known throughout the hotel as a helpful and pragmatic problem solver * You foster close collaboration and communication with the hotel team in the spirit of “One Team – One Dream” * Active participation in departmental meetings and Manager-on-Duty shifts * Compliance with key control policies related to loss prevention and property protection SHOW US YOUR TALENTS! * Completed vocational training or degree and/or solid professional experience in safety and security * Several years of professional experience in security, preferably within the hospitality industry * An experienced leader with a confident and composed demeanor * A strong commitment to quality and high personal standards reflected in everything you do * Sound professional and organizational expertise as the foundation for your decision-making * Strong guest orientation and commitment that inspire your team to achieve top performance * Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus * Flexible availability and a pronounced sense of quality awareness * Structured, well-organized working style with a keen eye for detail Would you like to help shape these exciting opportunities?
