Job Description Perform daily Loss Prevention duties to ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and hotel property. Patrol hotel premises regularly to prevent theft, damage, or safety hazards. Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities or irregularities promptly. Control parking areas and support traffic flow to ensure safety and order when required. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest assistance requests in a calm and professional manner. Assist in investigations and prepare accurate incident and daily security reports. Coordinate with hotel departments to support safety and security operations. Ensure compliance with Accor safety standards, hotel policies, and local regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in security or loss prevention, preferably in a hotel or service environment. Good observation, communication, and reporting skills. Able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Service-minded with a calm and professional approach.
