Job Description Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role This is a permanent, part-time role with the following hours of work: Friday - Monday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm We are seeking an experienced and highly vigilant Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven capability in theft prevention, customer safety, and incident management. This is not an entry-level position - applicants must have relevant experience in loss prevention or a similar security-focused role to be considered. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review security camera footage Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor Engage with customers and address any concerns Upload events and incidents onto our crime reporting platform Complete grocery expiry checks Carry out any other duties required of the role Qualifications He kōrero mōu ake - About you To be successful, you must bring prior experience in loss prevention, security, or a closely related field. Applicants without relevant experience will not be shortlisted.
