What You’ll Do: Stage RVs for technicians to keep shop operations running smoothly Document service-related issues and coordinate repair scheduling with the Service Department Perform light maintenance and minor adjustments on RVs before delivery Maintain the RV delivery area Pick up and receive parts, equipment, and packages Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up units and assist with setup Safely trailer and transport customer vehicles to/from delivery and pickup locations Plan and follow efficient travel routes for pickups and deliveries Keep accurate travel logs and records Assist in the detail department when needed Take on other tasks as assigned by management What We’re Looking For: Basic mechanical skills and comfort using tools Familiarity with RV systems and accessories is a plus Ability to safely operate tractors and tow trailers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to safety and detail Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Self-starter with flexibility to adjust to customer needs Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Highly organized and dependable Why You’ll Love Working Here: At PleasureLand RV Center, we care about our team just as much as our customers. Responsibilities

The Lot Assistant will stage RVs for technicians, document service issues, and coordinate repair scheduling with the Service Department. Responsibilities also include performing light maintenance, maintaining the delivery area, and handling parts and equipment pickup and delivery.
