Description America's Auto Auction - Mechanicsburg, PA Lot Attendant Growing Auto Auction Hiring Immediately! We are seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to join our growing auction team. This is an excellent opportunity with hands-on training in multiple areas of auction operations and strong potential for career growth. Rewards for Lot Attendant: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, based on experience Great benefits & paid time off 401(k) with company match Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities for Lot Attendant: Safely move, park, and organize vehicles Maintain an organized & accurate vehicle inventory Assist with vehicle check-in and staging Keep the auction lot clean, safe, and organized Support auction operations and special projects as needed Work Hours for Lot Attendant: Monday - Friday daytime hours Full time (40 hours a week) No nights or weekends! Monday & Tuesday start around 7 and end at 4 Wednesday & Thursday may be slightly longer day based on the auction sale Friday may be a shorter day Requirements Requirements for Lot Attendant: Valid driver's license required Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to drive various types of vehicles Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to pass pre-employment screening Good motor vehicle record required Equal Opportunity Employer America’s Auto Auction is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
