This is a key role—our lot is the first impression every customer experiences when they visit our dealership. What You’ll Do * Move, organize, and maintain vehicles on our lot * Gas, wash, and detail vehicles to keep them showroom-ready * Operate vehicles—including manual (standard) transmissions when needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lot at all times * Work outdoors in all weather conditions What We’re Looking For * Motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic * Ability to stay busy and take initiative * Clean driving record and able to pass a drug screening * Comfortable working outdoors * Entry-level candidates welcome; willingness to learn is key Schedule * Full-time, 8 hours/day, Monday through Saturday, with a scheduled day off * Expected 40 hours per week Pay & Benefits * $16 per hour * Medical & Dental Insurance * 401(k) with company match * PTO, holiday pay and sick leave * Employee discounts * Opportunities for advancement Why Work With Us?
