From guiding cars and checking in customers to handling returns with a smile, you’ll play a key role in delivering the best auction experience around. At Nellis Auction, our Lot Attendants don’t just park cars — they create outstanding customer experiences! Schedule: Friday-Sunday 5:30 am- 6:00 pm What You’ll Do: Greet and check in customers at pickup Process credit card transactions Issue refunds and help schedule appointments Resolve customer concerns professionally and respectfully Assist with loading heavier items as needed Use warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Promote a positive, helpful environment for customers and team members Why You’ll Love It: Fun, friendly team environment Meet new people every day Stay active throughout your shift What to Consider: Outdoor role—weather can be a factor Some days require handling heavier items You’ll need patience when helping frustrated customers Requirements Job Requirements: Required to meet performance standards and KPI 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred 2 years of excellent customer service skills are preferred Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Great attention to detail and highly organized Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Bilingual is a plus! Physical Demands: Standing for Long Periods: Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10+ hours a day Working in Extreme Weather Conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain. Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed. Team Lifting: Collaborating with other team members to safely move large and bulky items into customer vehicles.
