JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant/Delivery Coordinator to join our team at a busy dealership. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot while providing exceptional guest services. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive first impression for our customers and contributing to an efficient operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Background in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Must have a clean Class 5 driver’s license.
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Assist customers with locating vehicles and provide information about available inventory.
  • Ensures that sold units are ready for delivery (ongoing communication with the service and reconditioning departments).
  • Perform vehicle inspections and ensure proper placement of vehicles on the lot.
  • Manage keys and assist with vehicle check-in/check-out processes.
  • Wash and fuel vehicles as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to ensure seamless operations during busy periods.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
