As a Lot Attendant/Porter, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by keeping our vehicles spotless inside and out, moving cars efficiently throughout our dealership, and proudly representing the Kia brand. Whether you’re preparing vehicles for delivery, keeping our lots sharp, or assisting customers with a smile, you’ll be a key part of what makes Beaverton Kia shine. What We're Looking For: A positive, can-do attitude Passion for customer service and teamwork Willingness to be active – you’ll walk several miles a day! Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Prior experience as an Attendant/Porter or in a dealership setting is a plus, but not required What You’ll Do: Drive, park, and move vehicles throughout the dealership, sales lot, and service areas Keep the sales and service lots well groomed, clean, and organized Manage customer parking in the Kia service lot and properly park incoming vehicles Install seat covers and floor mats and perform alignment checks on all incoming vehicles Pull scheduled waiting vehicles into the shop (washing vehicles first if shop space is unavailable) Maintain vehicle cleanliness, including vacuuming finished vehicles and washing as needed Shuttle customers as required in a safe, professional manner Greet customers and answer questions with professionalism and courtesy Maintain a clean, well-stocked customer lounge (coffee, beverages, snacks, etc.) Empty and maintain clean trash receptacles throughout the dealership Wear the Kia uniform proudly and represent the brand as a professional ambassador Learn new skills and support growth opportunities within the company Perform additional duties as assigned Why Join Us?
