QUALIFICATIONS

  • Operate a wide variety of vehicles with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekends
    Previous experience is an asset but not mandatory

Responsibilities

We are looking for part-time and full-time lot attendants who will be responsible for taking care of vehicles in the Sales Department and for ensuring all vehicles are clean and ready for delivery to customers.

This individual also assists with maintaining and merchandising current vehicles for sale.

  • Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
  • Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
  • Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the dealership showroom and lot.
  • Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
  • Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition; prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance.
  • Organization and layout of lot vehicles, delivering vehicles to locations or picking owners or drivers up as required.
  • Managing inventory and reordering supplies.
  • Set up and remove displays and associated material for special events
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
