Description Job Summary: The Lot Attendant it responsible for lot organization and shuttling units for the service and sales departments. Responsibilities also include stock inventory maintenance and company vehicle maintenance as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Lot Organization Park all incoming new units, trade-ins, service units Remove sold units from sales lot Shuttle Units for Service Department as requested Stocks New/Used Inventory on sales lot Wash Inventory prior to placing on sales lot Wash all incoming units during winter months Organize sales lot as needed or as requested by Management Organize service parking as needed or as requested by Management Ensure all units are parked level/chocked properly Assist with snow removal/deicing Pull out units for Service Customers Stock Inventory Maintenance Check Sales lot inventory on monthly basis for damage/needed repairs Company Vehicle Maintenance Perform Vehicle Maintenance as requested by Service Manager Deliveries Delivery units to customers/other locations are requested by management Perform customer orientations as requested Any other assigned tasks by manager Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to function with minimal supervision. Education and Experience: At least 1 year of driving experience in large vehicles. Experience operating a tractor. Ability to use standard computer applications. Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed. Basic knowledge of recreational vehicles is preferred. CDL with medical card preferred.
