Description Hiring for multiple positions including our Sprinter Van location!! No prior automotive industry experience is required! Veterans encouraged to apply The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining a professional and inviting dealership atmosphere. You'll be responsible for ensuring the organization, cleanliness, and security of the dealership's vehicle inventory. This includes parking, moving, and showcasing vehicles, while providing support to sales and service departments. Responsibilities: Park, move, and organize vehicles across the lot, service department, and showroom to maximize space and presentation. Inspect vehicles for damage, maintain accurate location tracking, and prepare cars for customer viewing with proper stickers and branding. Keep vehicles and the lot clean, organized, and safe, including basic upkeep or light maintenance as needed. Assist customers and sales staff with test drives, vehicle access, and general inquiries in a professional manner. Support dealership operations by positioning inventory for visibility and preparing sold vehicles for delivery. Qualifications: Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for keeping the lot organized and presentable. Physical Requirements Requires good physical condition able to perform manual labor tasks (walking, bending, pushing/pulling vehicles). Standing and Walking: Attendants spend significant time on their feet, walking around the dealership lot and moving vehicles. Lifting and Pushing: They must be able to lift up to 50lbs of equipment and push cars, often in tight spaces. Reaching and Bending: Attendants frequently reach, bend, and stoop to access vehicle doors and features.
