Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Vehicle Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and overall condition of vehicles on the lot. This role ensures vehicles are properly parked, moved, and prepared for production, service, or delivery. The Lot Attendant plays a key role in supporting daily operations by keeping the lot safe, efficient, and well-maintained. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The essential functions listed below represent the primary duties of the position. Duties may vary based on assignment and business needs. Move and park vehicles in an organized and efficient manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot and surrounding areas Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel levels, battery status, visible damage, etc.) Ensure vehicles are properly staged for production, service, or customer delivery Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as needed Follow all safety procedures when operating vehicles and equipment Maintain accurate tracking of vehicle locations when required Communicate with team members regarding vehicle status and movement needs Assist other departments as needed to support operations Required Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate automatic vehicles Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the shift Basic understanding of vehicle handling and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a lot attendant, automotive, or warehouse environment Experience driving trucks, vans, or specialty vehicles Basic knowledge of vehicle inspections or maintenance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
