SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid MB driver’s license (Intermediate or Full stage) with acceptable driving record – MPI abstract required.
  • Must be physically able to perform a combination of standing, walking, crouching, bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) readily throughout full shifts
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive focus and attitude
  • Reliable, punctual
  • Ability to operate both automatic and standard vehicles, an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Move vehicles between lot and departments.
  • Orderly and accessible display of vehicle inventory.
  • Wash vehicles; remove snow, ice, debris.
  • Salt/sand, shovel and sweep lots, walkways, doorways regularly as necessary to ensure safe access to dealership and vehicles.
  • Start and refuel vehicles as requested; boost batteries as needed.
  • Clean and disinfect vehicles and any facility areas as instructed.
  • May be required to do deliveries, pick-ups and customer shuttling.
  • Always interact with staff/customers/facility guests professionally and respectfully.
  • Commitment to working safely including following safe work procedures and wearing PPE.
  • Other related duties, responsibilities and special projects as needed and assigned.
