What to Expect in the Role: * Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed. * Move materials from receiving to storage or other designated areas. * Organize inventory in a logical and concise sequence. * Assemble customer orders (including trucks) from stock and or customers and assist with loading onto vehicles. * Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications. * Maintain premises. * Help maintain work equipment by properly storing and cleaning equipment after use. What We Will Be Needing From You: * Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. * Ability to apply understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instruction. * Ability to do manual work requiring strenuous physical exertion, e.g., continuous walking, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
