The Drive Ahead * Organize and maintain vehicle inventory across the dealership lot and display areas * Ensure vehicles are clean, properly parked, fueled, and presentation-ready * Coordinate vehicle movement between departments, detailing, service, and customer deliveries * Assist with receiving new inventory and conducting lot inspections for accuracy and condition * Support the sales and service teams by maintaining an efficient, safe, and professional environment Performance Essentials * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude with a willingness to work collaboratively across departments * Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and professional dealership appearance * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain physically active throughout the day * Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract * Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week) Bannister Accessories * Competitive wages based on industry benchmarks and experience * Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care * Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support * Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized * Ongoing training and professional development Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
