The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Job Description Job Responsibilities: Perform basic data entry into the AS 400 computer system and other programs as needed. Maintain constant communication with commercial accounts department, customer support team, quadrant and account coordinators, supervisors, and other auction personnel to ensure effective coordination of Safety and environmental activities. Answer phones, provide support to All employees, and champion safety culture and provide reminder of safety guidelines as set by EHS and local policies. Support managers in the coordination of departmental safety objectives and tasks Process and submit all Safety paperwork. Forward all invoices and items to be posted to the appropriate areas in a timely manner Assist in the coordination of Safety objectives and execution of team safety activities across locations (I.E trainings Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Required. 1 – 3 years customer service experience required. Effective communication skills required. Including public speaking. Strong problem-solving, Time management, and organizational skills required. Ability to operate general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.). Good computer software skills required including Microsoft suite and other products. Ability to sit, stand or walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks; manual dexterity. Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception. Able to travel with in state regularly, between locations as needed.
