Description Join the America's Auto Auction team! Are you someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and working outdoors? America's Auto Auction is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our Lot Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry or gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do Move, stage, and organize vehicles throughout the auction lot safely and efficiently. Prepare vehicles for auction by ensuring they are clean, properly tagged, and ready for sale. Scan, tag, and label vehicles accurately using company equipment. Manage vehicle keys and identification tags according to company procedures. Locate, start, and transport vehicles to support daily operations and auction-day activities. Help maintain the appearance of the auction grounds, customer parking areas, and entrances. Assist the Service Department and other operational teams as needed. Inspect vehicles for obvious damage or safety concerns and report issues promptly. Follow all company safety policies, traffic flow procedures, and operational guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned to support auction operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded. Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Basic knowledge of vehicle makes and models is helpful but not required. Previous experience in automotive, warehouse, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to repeatedly enter and exit vehicles. Ability to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Ability to safely operate a variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and changing temperatures. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
