The Lot Porter plays a vital role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, properly parked, and ready for customer viewing and test drives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Move vehicles around the lot as needed, including parking, staging, and delivering vehicles to customers or service departments. * Maintain cleanliness of the dealership lot by picking up trash, sweeping, and washing vehicles. * Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any damage or maintenance needs to management. * Assist with vehicle preparation, including fueling and cleaning interiors and exteriors. * Support the sales and service teams by promptly delivering vehicles and keys. * Ensure all vehicles are parked in designated areas and organized for optimal lot appearance. * Follow all safety protocols and dealership policies while operating vehicles and equipment. QUALIFICATIONS * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized lot. * Good communication skills and ability to work well with team members. * Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, and lifting as required. * Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. The Lot Porter will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
