Description Edwards Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at Village Pointe in Omaha, NE is looking for a Lot Porter/Wash truck operator. In this role, the porter's primary responsibilities will be charging new vehicle batteries and run the Wash Truck (spraying down vehicles in the lot). Responsibilities Keeps vehicle lots neat and orderly moving cars when needed while keeping in the display standards for the dealership Clean the interior and exterior of the vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows, etc. Picks up and drive vehicles to the customers as directed by management Start vehicles, keep vehicles fueled, and report any problems or concerns to management Pick up parts from the parts department Install required forms/stickers and license plates on vehicles Light janitorial work in shop and or showroom Requirements Valid Driver’s License (Required) No prior experience or training is needed Willingness to be flexible and take direction Excellent interpersonal communication skills Being a team player and contributing wherever needed is essential Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Punctual with strong attendance history

Responsibilities

The Lot Porter is responsible for maintaining the vehicle lot, moving cars, and cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles. Additional duties include fueling vehicles, picking up parts, and performing light janitorial work in the shop or showroom.
