Description

Black Gold Harley-Davidson, has an immediate opening for a dependable and outgoing Lot Tech/Drive; capable of moving and arranging Motorcycles in our showroom and lot. Responsibilities include general merchandising tasks to make motorcycles ready for display/sale, such as washing/cleaning vehicles, keeping our facility looking beautiful, and assisting with facility activities such as shipments and deliveries. Black Gold Harley-Davidson Lot tech does not mind being on their feet most of the day, is a team player that will jump in and help with whatever task needs to be done! Main Responsibilities: * Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner * Must be 21 years of age or older, for insurance coverage. * Organize Motorcycles in the front lot and showroom * Assist with tagging customers’ units as sold * Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building * Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery * Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists * Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested * Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy * Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties. * Assist with other duties as requested Qualifications Requirements: * Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus * You must be at least 21 for the role. * Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed) * Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred * Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner * Excellent communication skills * Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated * Ability to be on your feet most of the day * Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays WHAT WE OFFER: * Hourly rate based on experience * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Employer paid life and short-term disability insurance * Paid time off and vacation * Employee discounts on parts, accessories, and gear All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
