Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 Per Hour (Experience-Based) This Position is Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Off Saturday and Sunday!! As a Lot Technician, you will keep our lot organized, clean, and welcoming. Manage vehicle inventory, prepare cars for display, and support the dealership’s success with your attention to detail. Move and organize vehicle inventory. Tag vehicles and ensure cosmetic standards. Deliver vehicles for service and customer pickup prep. Maintain and track vehicle keys. Coordinate with team and departments. Follow safety and environmental procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma preferred. Able to work in all weather and perform physical tasks. Detail-oriented and organized. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Automotive experience a plus; training provided. Valid driver’s license and clean record. Responsibilities
The Lot Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle inventory on the dealership lot. They also prepare vehicles for display, manage vehicle keys, and assist with customer pickup preparations.
