General Responsibilities: Answer the telephone promptly and professionally, providing assistance as needed. Take reservation requests and enter them into the POS system. Handle food-to-go orders and ensure they are ready for pick-up. Greet patrons warmly and escort them to their tables. Clean and maintain all menus (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), updating them as necessary. Assist management and service staff as needed. Keep the reception and host desk clean and orderly. Assist in expediting food and drink orders as necessary. Requirements Desired Skills and Experience: Must be at least 18 years old Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role Minimum one year of experience as a host Excellent English communication skills Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions so this job.
