Job Description 岗位概述: 负责协调和组织内物流车间日常生产工作，配合生产主管完成例行任务，与各相关部门沟通，保障原辅料接收、仓储、倒运及成品（豆粕、豆皮）出入库等环节高效、安全、顺畅的运行；执行公司安全和食品安全政策，确保车间生产安全、人员安全，以及发货产品质量合格，完成生产KPI指标。主要职责: • 严格执行公司安全操作规程和质量管控标准，监督车间人员规范作业，杜绝安全事故，确保产品生产安全与产品质量 • 统筹值班期间的生产调度任务，确定并执行生产计划，协调原料进出仓、物料转运及成品出入库等全流程作业，保障生产连续性和稳定性 • 负责值班期间车间人员管理，包括排班调配、任务分配、劳务人员管理，以及组织交接班会议，明确工作重点与注意事项，提升团队作业效率 • 全程监督物料管理，确保原辅料出入库数据的准确性，台账更新及时准确，为生产计划提供可靠数据支持 • 负责物流设备日常管理，组织生产区域内相关设备的巡检与规范操作监督，及时处理简单设备故障，对接相关部门解决复杂问题，减少停机时间 • 落实安全、食品安全、人员管理要求，监督现场人员劳动防护用品佩戴、消防安全以及车间5S整理，排查并整改安全隐患，确保符合公司相关标准和要求 • 完成值班记录、生产数据统计与上报工作，参与车间例会，反馈值班期间生产问题与改进建议，配合完成车间管理目标项目建设与施工阶段 • 负责安全监督，保证现场施工安全，现场施工遵守安全规范； • 协助进行现场施工审图，从生产运营角度提出合理建议，改善车间运营效果； • 协助完成设备调试、工艺调试，保证车间的正常运营； • 协助完成上级领导交付的临时工作。 Qualifications 技能知识 • 熟练掌握物流仓储管理原理与方法，熟悉大豆压榨行业内物流业务全流程及相关操作规范 • 了解物流输送设备的操作规范与维护常识，具备设备日常管理与检维修能力 • 具备人员管理和协调能力，能够独立组织和人员完成培训工作 • 熟悉物流行业智能化、自动化相关设备（自动打包机、自动装车机等），具备设备管理和故障分析处理能力 • 熟悉粮油加工行业安全标准与质量管控要求，具备较强的风险识别与隐患整改能力 • 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等基础办公软件，能高效完成数据统计、报表制作与文档处理工作工作经历: • 3年以上食品、饲料、化工、物流仓储相关工作经验，具备大豆压榨工厂或大型粮油加工企业内物流相关经验者优先教育背景: • 高中及以上学历，物流管理、仓储管理、机械制造、化工等相关专业优先 Additional Information Additional Information for the job What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes. Responsibilities

The role is responsible for coordinating and organizing daily production work in the internal logistics workshop, ensuring efficient, safe, and smooth operation of raw material receiving, warehousing, transfer, and finished product handling (soybean meal, soybean hulls). This includes executing safety and food safety policies to guarantee production safety, personnel safety, and qualified outgoing product quality while meeting production KPIs.
