Job Description 岗位概述: 项目建设与施工阶段：压榨值班长需作为车间现场施工负责人，保证与其他部门和建设单位的良好沟通，保证施工安全、进度、质量，保证项目建设与未来投产需求匹配，确保项目正常调试，由项目阶段正常转向正常运营。运营阶段：压榨值班长作为班组领导者负责油脂压榨工段在本班次的安全、质量、效率、人员管理与培训，确保生产平稳运行、工艺参数正确执行、设备保持良好状态，保证产品质量100%达标。主要职责: 项目建设与施工阶段 • 负责安全监督，保证现场施工安全，现场施工遵守安全规范； • 协助进行现场施工审图，从生产运营角度提出合理建议，改善车间运营效果； • 协助完成设备调试、工艺调试，保证车间的正常运营； • 协助完成上级领导交付的临时工作；运营阶段： • 带领团队贯彻和执行工厂安全，健康，环境程序和食品安全程序； • 严格控制生产消耗，根据化验结果，及时调整生产参数，保证产品质量100%合格； • 负责中夜班及节假日工厂安全，做好班组和现场承包商管理； • 带领本班组积极完成设定的KPI，负责本班组的培训，绩效评估，设备巡检和卫生； • 合理做好车间日常工作安排，督促完成当天日常安排； • 负责本小组的DNA工作，及时与部门间做好协调和沟通； • 负责车间工单创新搜集和输入，在检修期间合理安排人员维修工作； • 负责班组的计量盘存，报表填写的正确性和真实性； • 做好班组交接工作，管理好车间工具与资产； • 协助完成上级领导交付的临时工作。 Qualifications 技能知识 • 熟练掌握压榨工艺知识、设备开停机操作规范； • 了解压榨车间设备的操作规范与维护常识，具备设备日常管理与检维修能力； • 具备人员管理和协调能力，能够独立组织和人员完成培训工作；工作经历: • 三年以上油脂/化工行业工作经验，2年以上压榨车间操作经验；教育背景: • 大专及以上学历，油脂加工、食品工程、机械、化工等相关专业优先。 Additional Information Additional Information for the job What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
