Job Description Responsibilities工作职责 Summary概述 1．按时认真参加公司/车间/班组等组织的各种安全培训（包含食品安全培训），并考核通过。 2．在安全及食品安全前提下，完成本班生产操作、维护生产设备正常运行、质量指标检测、保证产品指标合格。 3．做好责任区内的日常点检、日常维护，5S推进等工作。 4．不断提升本岗位的理论知识和技能操作水平。 5．积极开展安全隐患排查和整改。 6．监督好外来人员在车间工作，确保安全。 7．上级安排的其他工作。 8．遇到和发现问题及时汇报反馈，避免影响正常运行。 Key Duties and Tasks主要职责 1．遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求。 2．执行所有工作流程和操作程序（SOP），记录过程控制参数。 3．熟悉精炼生产工艺，熟练操作生产设备，履行岗位职责，保质保量完成生产任务。 4．完成当班油品指标化验，及时向值班长反馈化验结果，并根据检测结果决定是否需要调整有关参数，使之最优。 5．根据生产情况实时调整设备工作状况和参数，使之在最优状态工作，记录过程控制参数。 6．按要求进行设备点检，配合值班长及维修人员完成设备的维护保养工作。 7．监督外来施工人员施工等作业，确保安全和施工作业顺利进行。 8．完成岗位/区域的5S工作的推进。 9．及时处理有关报警信息。 10．做好交接班相关工作。 11．上级领导交办的其他事项。 Qualifications Education教育背景中技及以上学历，专业不限 Experience工作经历从事食品，饲料，化工或粮油行业至少一年的工作经验 Competency能力 1．富有团队合作精神，善于沟通，吃苦耐劳，认真负责的工作态度。 2．良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力。 Additional Information Additional Information for the job What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
