Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE OF LOUNGE 32 SUPERVISOR:

Reporting to the Lounge 32 Manager, this role is responsible for the smooth daily operation of the Lounge 32 department. Key to your success is delivering an outstanding Lounge experience for our valued guests and overseeing standards execution. You will ensure that the breakfast and evening canape service provides for a flawless experience and that our guests receive a warm and professional arrival, departure and concierge service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Oversee the smooth daily operation of the Lounge 32 Department, including the daily breakfast and evening canape service
  • Focus on the guest experience by delivering excellent service and effective problem solving
  • Assist to lead, train, motivate and develop the team for success, ensuring our strong service culture remains optimum
  • Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of our many VIP’s, return guests and meeting room guests
  • Communicate and work closely with all departments of the Hotel on a daily basis
