The PicklePad is the UK’s first dedicated indoor pickleball and padel centre. We provide a welcoming, friendly environment for players of all ages and abilities, combining sport, community, and great hospitality.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Lounge & Pro Shop Assistants. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring they have an excellent experience both on and off the courts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Serving drinks and operating the coffee machine (training provided)
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the lounge area and pro shop
• Handling basic sales transactions in the pro shop
• Supporting daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the centre

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage confidently with people from all backgrounds
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check (required)
• Willingness to complete First Aid training (training can be provided)
