You will guide guests through our world of fine cigars, premium spirits, and exclusive membership perks while maintaining an inviting and elegant atmosphere. From greeting guests and assisting with reservations to educating patrons on cigar and spirit pairings, you will play a key role in fostering an environment of luxury and distinction.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & HOSPITALITY:

• Greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive.
• Guide guests to their seats, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Provide expert recommendations on cigars, spirits, and pairings tailored to guests’ preferences.
• Maintain a refined and sophisticated atmosphere, ensuring lounge etiquette is upheld.
• Offer white-glove service, personalizing experiences for VIP members and regular guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, proactively address any requests for an effortless experience.
• Lead tours for prospective members, explaining membership tiers and benefits.

CIGAR & SPIRITS KNOWLEDGE (TRAINING PROVIDED):

• Educate guests on flavor profiles, origins, and proper cigar-cutting & lighting techniques.
• Assist in selecting spirits and cocktails that complement cigar choices.
• Stay informed on cigar trends, rare finds, and exclusive offerings.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cigars to maintain quality preservation.
