Company Description Lounge Host, BA Lounges - Full Time 37.5hrs Heathrow Airport £14.33 per hour. Hours of work – You will be required to work a mixture of early and late shifts. The earliest start is 04:30 with the latest finish time of 22:30. All shifts are for 8 hours. Whenever customers visit the British Airways Lounges at Heathrow Airport, you’ll be there to greet them with 5-star, BaxterStorey service. Friendly, confident and professional, you’ll be the face of our bespoke operation, making sure that delicious food and relaxation are available to every visitor. Job Description Your task will be to uphold our high standards by making sure that our customers get a great experience. That means being smart, cheerful and approachable, keeping counters and displays in tip-top condition, clearing tables promptly, and making sure BA specifications and guests’ expectations are met on every shift. Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service Assist in the preparation of food and snacks. Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times. Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers. Please note that this role is based at an international airport and therefore successful applicants will require photographic ID and pass a basic disclosure which we will apply for. In order to obtain an airside pass we will need verifiable evidence of your past 5 years of work/education history.
