QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work in a regulated facility serving wine and pass Criminal Record Verification
• Ability to carry a case of wine ~ 14.5 kg (31.2 lbs)
• Dependable and punctual
• Confident and motivated
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working in our on-site lounge and outside picnic area
• Great guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Working with a seating chart to seat guests in appropriate sections
• Answer phone calls when applicable and assist with inquiries or general reservation questions
• Collaborate with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth dining experience
• General cleaning duties in the lounge
• Opening and closing host duties
