The Lounge Manager oversees and guides the supervisors, team leads, and team members to achieve the company goals and targets! The Lounge Manager assists the Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day floor operations, tasks, and guides the team members to excel in performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in hotels or hospitality (an asset).
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures for both back-of-house and front-of-house are followed consistently.
  • Supervise team members and monitor their performance throughout the shift.
  • Act as a communication bridge between management and team members.
  • Ensure team members take scheduled breaks at appropriate times.
  • Provide training, support, and coaching to team members.
  • Collaborate with Finance to align operational practices with financial protocols.
  • Manage staff scheduling.
  • Assist the Supervisor with weekly inventory tasks.
