The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking for a full-time Cocktail Server to join their Food & Beverage team! Steps away from Disney Springs®, the property offers five on-property dining options. John T's Lounge is open daily from 4pm and offers an array of appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees until late. Ideal candidate has previous serving experience in a hotel lounge setting. Seeking someone who is attentive and knowledgeable about classic cocktails and wines. Shift Pattern: typical PM shifts from 3pm-11pm or 5pm-1am. Weekend/holiday availability required. What will I be doing? As a Cocktail Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times What are we looking for? Responsibilities

The Cocktail Server is responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific duties include responding to guest requests promptly, maintaining menu knowledge, taking orders accurately via POS, and ensuring timely delivery of all items.
