Job Description We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Lounge Host to join our team in Glasgow, United Kingdom. As a Lounge Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience in our exclusive lounge facilities. Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs Serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Keep the lounge area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times Process guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service Monitor and replenish buffet items as needed Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food and beverage service practices Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Food hygiene certificate is desirable Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights A smart and well-groomed appearance UK Work Permit Additional Information For almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that’s an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.
