The Role We are seeking an expert-level Lovable developer to work closely with our CMO in building, optimizing, and scaling internal tools, workflows, dashboards, and AI-powered applications using the Lovable platform. This is a long-term (6+ months), hourly engagement, requiring 30+ hours per week. We are willing to pay premium rates ($30–$60/hr) for top-tier talent who can execute at a high level, move fast, and deliver production-ready results. You will translate business needs into clean, scalable Lovable builds and automate operational workflows across the organization. What You’ll Do Build and refine AI workflows, tools, and lightweight internal applications inside Lovable Integrate Lovable with Slack, Workable, CRMs, APIs, databases, and internal systems Transform raw ideas and requirements from the CMO into functional, production-ready builds Architect automation logic using OpenAI, Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks Optimize performance, structure, and UX of existing tools and workflows Rapidly prototype features and iterate with speed Ensure smooth technical communication across internal teams Provide guidance on best practices for Lovable development and system architecture Proven, expert-level experience with Lovable (must provide examples or screenshots) Strong systems thinking, workflow design, and automation logic High proficiency with API calls, webhooks, and third-party integrations Experience with AI automation tools (OpenAI, Make, Zapier, Retell, etc.) Fast execution speed and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements Excellent communication and ability to collaborate directly with leadership Bonus: Background in SaaS, AI startups, automation engineering, or growth environments Why Join Us Global, fully remote flexibility High-impact, mission-critical role Work directly with the CMO and senior leadership Build the internal systems powering a rapidly scaling AI platform Long-term stability + strong opportunity for expansion Innovative and performance-driven team culture nn bc cccc Contract Details Hours: More than 30 hours/week Duration: 6+ months (long-term engagement) Type: Hourly Experience Level: Expert Rate Range: $30–$60/hour Note: Willing to pay top rates for the most experienced freelancers Ready to Join Us?
