Job Title: Production Assistant – LOVB First Serve Austin Employer: Fierce Staffing Services Location: Austin, TX Position Type: Temporary / Event-Based Pay Rate: $350/ Day About the Role Fierce Staffing Services is seeking dependable and proactive Production Assistants (PAs) to support LOVB First Serve Austin, a high-profile volleyball event featuring VIP hospitality, media activity, and branded experiences. Production Assistants will support event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown while working closely with event leadership, VIP hospitality teams, and marketing partners. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to assist with hands-on event tasks in a fast-paced environment. Event Dates & Shifts Tuesday, January 6 – Media & VIP Set-Up (Local, must have car): Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Support event needs, run errands, assist with on-demand tasks Build branded elements, move furniture, assist with event breakdown Wednesday, January 7 – Arena VIP Hospitality Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Support event needs and oversee assigned VIP hospitality areas Assist with on-site event tasks as needed Support VIP hospitality and marketing teams Oversee assigned areas and assist with event execution Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup, operations, and breakdown Support VIP hospitality areas and guest flow Run errands and complete on-demand tasks as directed Help build, place, and dismantle branded elements Move furniture, signage, and event materials Maintain a professional presence while representing Fierce Staffing and LOVB Communicate clearly with event leadership and team members Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift, move, and set up event materials (up to 40 lbs) Comfortable standing and working long shifts Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to follow direction and adapt to changing needs Tuesday must have reliable transportation and be local to Austin Prior event, production, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Why Work with Fierce Staffing Fierce Staffing Services partners with leading brands and organizations nationwide to deliver exceptional event experiences.
